We have been in the financial and business industry for more than two decades, covering 3 continents. The focus has been on credit approvals, business development, digitization, marketing, investment, and people development. 

The success of Start-up’s and SMEs has always been our combined passion; however, it was challenging to see that 80% fail within the first 2-5 years. It is also then when we started to investigate the reasoning behind these failures. Its actually so simple, the failures are contributed to the fact that more guidance and knowledge is required to succeed. And no, this doesn’t mean to succeed an expensive education is needed. We have this covered. What is needed is willingness and determination.

This is how our passion was ignited and OCG was founded.

We also work with large corporations where profitability and growth needs a bit of support.  The reason behind this is usually contributed to a lack of effectiveness and efficiency. We investigate the root cause, find solutions and help implementing these solutions. 

We have a strong team of domain experts. No challenge is too big because we believe that together we can build a better tomorrow!! We do not leave till you succeed.
